• Grocery offers are accessed through the Ubuntu Rewards partner portal operated by Harmony Rewards.

Offers and availability

• Offers, discounts and rewards are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
• Participating products, categories and retailers may vary by campaign period.
• Retailer availability may depend on programme configuration and member eligibility.
• Ubuntu Rewards may update, suspend or withdraw offers where required by campaign rules or operational requirements.

Redemption

• Redemption is subject to the terms of the relevant retailer, manufacturer, coupon provider or programme partner.
• Members must follow the instructions shown on the portal to access and redeem available offers.
• Mobile data charges may apply when accessing the portal.

Limits of responsibility

Ubuntu Rewards is not responsible for offers that cannot be redeemed because of incorrect member details, expired offers, retailer system downtime, or other circumstances outside the programme's control. Retailer names and logos shown on this site identify participating retailers and remain the property of their respective owners.
